PortVision provides new levels of knowledge and transparency to maritime activities within ports and inland waterways using both AIS live ship tracking and satellite signals. The service provides both real-time vessel locations as well as historical information to allow users to get up-to-date visibility of vessel activities and receive alerts when events of their particular interest occur. Historical playback and reporting features also offer expanded opportunities to identify best practices and enhance Maritime Domain Awareness, as well as better communicate with customers and partners. The service was first deployed along the U.S. Gulf Coast and now covers most major U.S. ports and inland waterways. PortVision is now listed in GSA.
