Gyrocompass Repeater Control Unit
With this Gyrocompass Repeater Control Unit you can drive all existing Mechanical Repeaters from your new gyrocompass.
The SR03-01Mk2 receives NMEA data signals with Heading information from your new gyrocompass(s) and generates Synchro or Step signals with enough power to drive all the old mechanical repeaters. There is no need to buy new repeaters, reconfigure or replace ARPA Radars, Autopilots, etc.,
It is not required to replace the old cabling and hence you will save time on the installation.
The SR03-01Mk2 can receive signals from two (2) Heading Sources and it has built in – and approved – COMPASS COMPARE and SWITCH-OVER function.
