Job Board
The customizable Job Board is where your dispatchers or coordinators open, manage and close out jobs within the system.

Tankerman Job Sheet
No more worrying about correct hose or start/stop times with this job sheet. Each individual tankerman’s hours stay with him while the barge times, delays and material entries stay with the job and automatically transfer to the relieving parties.

Job Notifications
Tankerman job notifications are auto-populated with the data that is entered into the Job Order along with any cargo, customer, facility or vessel specific PPE requirements; you can also add additional notes and instructions before you send the notice from the convenient button located on the Job Board.

Job Aids
User defined job aids (PIC Lists) covering specific requirements for cargos, facilities, vessels, equipment and customers.

Individual Timesheets
This feature allows the employee as well as the manager to monitor and update employee timesheets.
