Titanium heat exchangers are the best solution for engine, machinery & exhaust cooling and RSW applications.
Long service life is the direct result of Titanium’s chemical and mechanical toughness.
Titanium is the only material that we use in the presence of Sea Water. No plastic or epoxy coatings, rubber ferrules or dissimilar metals are used in the ‘wet sections’ of our heat exchangers. The tubes, channels and supply piping will never corrode and high water speeds keep marine growth to a minimum.

With high water velocities in the tubes, Titanium heat exchangers are kept free of marine growth and silt deposits, both of which reduce heat transfer. Titanium can withstand tubeside water speeds of 15 feet/second whereas Copper is limited to 4 feet/second. This higher flow speed keeps the tubes clear because a ‘Self Scouring’ environment is created inside the tubes.
